You will be given a private code on Check in Day to enter the home. That code will work for the duration of your stay. Check-in is at 3:00 p.m. Check-out is 11:30 a.m. Additional charge of $60 for early check-in or late check-out will be assessed. Remember, your code will only work up until that time on Check-out Day. Please remember to remove all of your belongings before leaving. You will not be able to access the home after the code has expired at 11:45 a.m. Quiet Time for outside area is from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Please respect the neighbors. PLEASE NOTE: No pets allowed 

THIS HOUSE IS A SMOKE FREE/DRUG FREE ZONE. No tobacco products, vaping, marijuana, or illicit drug use. If you violate the rules, you will be asked to leave the property immediately.

ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING IN GAZEBO AND ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING IN THE HOUSE. If you violate the rules, you will be asked to leave the property immediately and an additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cameras are located in outdoor areas. We reserve the right to review the outside cameras at anytime during your stay.

The person who books the home must be a guest in the home and 25 years of age or older. No bookings allowed for someone else. The person who books this property will be responsible for all damages to the property and damages committed by your guests.

Place all trash in the home (including all rooms and bathrooms) in the outside trash can at the end of your stay. Please place all used towels in the laundry room. Please leave all sheets and comforters in the bedrooms or you can leave them on the floor in each bedroom. Make sure you remove all clothing and personal items from the home. We are not responsible for item left behind.

Make sure you remove all food and drinks from the refrigerator and pantry before you leave.

Please review the house rules, and safety protocols, located in the binder in the kitchen area.
